Get free renovation advice, and possibly a coach, from your Energiehuis
Anyone can get free renovation advice at their Energiehuis; owners under the income limits can get a free coach who visits, compares quotes and helps with premium applications.

Every Flemish municipality is served by one of 22 Energiehuizen; you can find yours with the postcode search on vlaanderen.be. Advice at the counter is free for everyone.
If you own the home you live in (it is not rented out), your income is under the limits and you plan at least one listed measure, you can get a free coach through Mijn VerbouwBegeleiding. The coach visits your home, advises on which investments make most sense, helps you find contractors and compare quotes, and helps with premium and loan applications. Listed measures include new glazing, roof, cavity wall, facade or floor insulation, a heat pump or heat-pump boiler, and solar panels. Coaching for solar panels ends on 1 January 2027.
Some Energiehuizen ask higher-income households for a small fee, and not all of them offer the full coaching, so ask yours what is available.
