Homegrade helps private households in the Brussels-Capital Region with questions about their home: energy use, heating and hot water, insulation, damp, planning and prioritising works, reading quotes or a PEB certificate, and filling in grant forms. You can ask a quick question by calling 1810, at the info point on Place Quetelet, or through the online contact form; the page lists the current opening hours.

For a larger question an adviser can follow up your case by email, phone, video call or a meeting, and visits the home only when that is needed to understand the request. Homegrade covers private housing only, so not student rooms, hotels or public housing, and it helps co-ownerships only when they have no professional syndic. It does not issue PEB certificates or act as an architect.
