Mijn VerbouwLening is a loan from the Flemish government for works that improve your home's quality or energy performance, such as insulation, a heat pump or solar panels. The interest rate depends on your income. The official simulator shows the rate and monthly repayment that would apply to you, and the official page lists who qualifies and the current amounts.
You apply through Mijn VerbouwLoket. The Energiehuis for your municipality handles most loan applications and can help you with yours; you find it with the postcode search on vlaanderen.be.
If you also get Mijn VerbouwPremie for the same works, the premium is not paid to you but always used to repay the loan early, so mention the loan when you apply for the premium. Borrowing costs money, so compare it with paying from savings before you sign.
