Know how Mijn VerbouwPremie works for an apartment building
The syndic applies once for the base premium on works to the common parts, for the whole building; each owner can apply separately for works to their own apartment, such as windows.

For works on the common parts, the base premium is requested once for the whole building, not per apartment. In a building with an association of co-owners, the syndic submits the application. Without one, a single owner applies with the written agreement of all the owners. You apply after the works, with the final invoice; separate invoices per owner or apartment are not accepted.
Each owner can also apply on their own for works to the private parts of their apartment, such as windows or an individual heat pump. If a roof, outer wall or floor belongs to your apartment alone, the basic deed (basisakte) has to show that.
Mijn VerbouwLening can also finance works to both private and common parts. Conditions change, so check the official page and simulator before the general meeting votes on the works.
